Shortly after returning from Jamaica, my husband brought home takeout from Universal Ruth’s because I was craving jerk chicken. After just ONE bite, I immediately demanded to know where he got it! 😂 The chicken was so flavorful and perfectly seasoned, honestly even better than some we had in Jamaica, which I didn’t think was possible!

The rice and beans and plantains were equally delicious. We’ve been back several times since, and the food never disappoints! If you’re looking for amazing Caribbean food, Universal Ruth’s is a must-try! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I ordered the Jerk chicken with a side of rice. The jerk chicken is fantastic. The rice is great too. All for $9 is a steal! Definitely will be returning to try more of the menu. The late night hours are nice to see as well
